TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUNDS
There is no contract between the company and the customer if the tour amount is not paid in full to the company representative before the scheduled dates. If airfare is done through us, then a refund of airfare or part thereof is subject to the refund rules of the airline. Refund against cancellations will be paid back to the account from where the payment is made. It might take 21 days from our side after the completion of the tour. There is no refund for any unutilized services such as meals, hotels, sightseeing, surface transportation, etc. All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are not responsible for tour cancellation due to Force Majeure clause (Expenses / Cancellations incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, pandemics or political unrest, etc. Additional expenses incurred due to Force Majeure Clause on the ongoing tour shall be borne by the guest on actuals. Though we try our level best to help our guests and advice accordingly and extend all possible help. Individual cancellations due to any other reason pertaining to Land Cost, will be effective from the date, written information is received by the company by email. All airline and rail cancellations done through us will be as per the rules applicable by the relevant companies from whom the tickets have been purchased. The company will strictly adhere to and follow the rules pertaining to cancellations.
