PROJECT STUDY EDUCATIONAL
CURRICULAM ORIENTED TRIPS FOR ICSE, CBSE & IB SCHOOLS
More and more schools and institutes have realized the importance of Project Study Tours for school children which brings all their subjects {History / Geography / Science / Economics / Mathematics / Commercial Studies / English & Hindi} alive in front of their eyes, makes factory visits an experience where they see raw materials converted into a product which is used by them in their daily life. Also learning practically more about our country’s history, geography, culture, traditions and different stories about different incidents and events happened in the past. Even the parents are satisfied that their children learn while they enjoy. From the schools point of view the students score a maximum of 20 marks per subject for their board exams.

Apart from just conducting the tour we also arrange professional guides and lectures in different educational subjects with organized factory visits, local village/market surveys, guidelines to products/brands surveys and cater to other requirements of the institutions.
We remember 20% of what we HEAR
We remember 50% of what we LEARN
We remember 99% of what we SEE, LEARN & DO
AND PROJECT STUDY TOUR IS LIKE SEEING, LEARNING & DOING

UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF A PROJECT STUDY TOUR
Q. What is Project Study Tour?

A Project Study Tour brings education outside the confines of a classroom. What a child sees, hears, learns, gathers and witnesses is perhaps much more than what a text book can teach him/her in a classroom. A Project is a research undertaken by a child and his/her research is incomplete if he/she do not visit and experience the place that he/she is going to write about.

Q. How different it is from other tours?

Other tours are fun filled tours with enjoyment as their top priority. When compared to Project Tour the child researches on the given destination and accumulates first hand information. This information is then compiled and recorded. The recall value on a normal tour is 20% as compared to 75% on a Project tour.

How does the Adventure Research Team help you to make
your Project Study Tour Successful?

The Adventure team plays a very important role in organizing and seeing that the Project Tour is successful, right from selecting a destination, making the itineraries, questionnaire, taking all the required appointments for factories and industrial visits. A part from our faculty members who play an important role of educators on tours we also hire professionals whenever a projects revolves around dams (hydraulic engineers), finance (bankers) and hotels (sales and marketing executives) who are in a position to use their knowledge and experience and give correct figures, configuration and turn-over / profit figures, when the project calls for such professional help. This helps in making the project accurate, precise and successful.
